We invest heavily in and seek to ensure our equipment is at the forefront of technology, in addition to being the safest and most efficacious for our purposes. Our machines all have inbuilt cooling, they operate with radio frequency as well as light technology for extra safety and effectiveness, and they have sensitive cut off protective devices.
It applies to the treatment outcomes we endeavour to achieve for our clients
We establish a thorough understanding of our clients’ concerns and expectations, and address these in a bespoke way. Our machines allow us to apply many subtle and effective changes to settings to accommodate the myriad combinations of different skin types, and conditions. Some machines on the market only have standard settings for skin types 1-6 (or less) and most others limited options. Ours offer a huge range and sophistication of settings with safety features built in. This enables us to respond to clients very personally, for maximum results
It applies to the safety precautions we take
We are Care Quality Commission registered and take measures above and beyond those required for registration to ensure we give the safest treatments whilst still providing excellent outcomes.
We have our machines serviced at least twice annually (more than legally required).
We change our machines bulbs far more regularly than the manufacturers recommend to be certain of maximum output.
We have our own in-house calibration equipment to be able to measure energy as regularly as we like.
We have an independent Laser Protection Adviser who ensures our safety measures and operational procedures have passed rigorous assessments
We have a Medical Expert Practitioner who is one of the most respected doctors in this field, who provides an independent advisory service and who approves our treatment parameters
It applies to the training we give our skin clinicians
We have training sessions (both in house and external) at least quarterly and often more frequently to ensure that we are aware of new developments in the industry and, more importantly, to ensure best practice within our own clinics.
We also run external training courses for therapists thinking of entering the aesthetic industry as a profession. We run Core of Knowledge courses and theoretical and practical courses in IPL and Radio Frequency, along with ‘soft skills’ and business training courses for industry professionals.

We carry out spot checks/audits, and employ mystery shoppers to ensure our clinicians don’t let slip!
Mostly we identify people who genuinely want to help our clients look as great as they can. We don’t want the insincere working for us.
